"We want people to know who we are, and what we do!" says John Helmick of Ohio Property Inspection Services. OPiS now has five totally wrapped vehicles in the Central Ohio area that provide information about the services the company can provide. "We spend several hours a day on the road traveling between inspections. We wanted to find a way to use our vehicles as an advertising tool to communicate essential information effectively.

Chad Ahern has joined John Helmick in opening the newest OPiS location in Dayton, Ohio. Ahern will also be operating under the name "Ohio Property Inspection Services (OPiS)", and will be servicing all of Montgomery and the surrounding Counties right along side the main OPIS office operated by John Helmick & Steve Barth. "Chad has been a full time Realtor for many years, and brings a wealth of real estate knowledge from the other side of the table" says John Helmick, owner of OPiS.
